Resource Fair

My team is hosting a Health and Public Services Resource Fair to connect constituents directly with federal agencies and local organizations.From health care open enrollment information to job assistance, this fair will be an opportunity to ensure everyone can get the assistance they need.

Location: Wheat Ridge Rec Center, 4005 Kipling St, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033

• Social Security Administration

• Provides resources like Medicare enrollment and counseling, fraud prevention, and more for seniors and people with disabilities

• Colorado Talking Book Library

• Provides audio, Braille, and large print books for seniors

Health and Human Services

• Provides health care, behavioral health, and employment resources for Spanish speaking communities

• Jefferson Center for Mental Health

• Hands of the Carpenter 

• Provides vehicle-related services for single mothers with dependent children 

• The Action Center 

• Provides free food and clothing, financial assistance, and more to individuals and families experiencing hardships

• University of Denver Low Income Taxpayer Clinic 

• Provides legal services to low-income individuals experiencing tax issues
