I visited communities across our district over the past few weeks and loved talking with people in Golden about what makes it such an incredible place to live. I met with elected officials, as well as with first responders and law enforcement officers to discuss how we can work together to keep our communities safe, address the housing crisis, and incorporate behavioral health care in our emergency response.

I also visited some of the beautiful outdoor spaces that make Colorado the best place in the world to live – but it will only stay that way if we protect it. I grew up here, so I’m dedicated to protecting our water and air quality, increasing our resiliency against wildfires, and preserving our environment for generations to come.
