Description: This funding would expand PorchLight’s ability to serve survivors of domestic violence by covering rental expenses for a large facility and the salaries of a Bilingual Navigator and an Operations Coordinator for one year.

Description: This project will fund an expansion to Jefferson County’s Jail Based Behavioral Health Services by funding 250 Vivitrol injectables, lab testing needed to administer the Vivitrol, and the salary of the nurse to administer Vivitrol for one year.

Description:The requested funding will be used to support the costs of construction to fully retrofit a newly purchased property into a Sheriff headquarters and command center, which will house the core of their law enforcement operations, interrogation, armory, evidence storage, records, and response vehicles.

Carbonate Street Phase I - Housing Development

Entity Receiving Funding: Town of Buena Vista, 210 E. Main St., Buena Vista, CO 81211

Funding Level: $1,286,279

Description: Carbonate Street Phase 1 will create 60 deed restricted units and 5,000 square feet of childcare space core and shell. The Town of Buena Vista will use awarded funds to pay for direct modular manufacturing costs associated with housing units as well as the capital costs of the childcare building.

County Roadways to Colorado State Parks Infrastructure Improvements - PHASE 1

Entity Receiving Funding: Park County, 856 Castello Avenue, Fairplay, CO 80440

Funding Level: $850,000

Description: This funding will go to a new chip seal surface for County Roads 90 and 92. These two roads were last chip-sealed over 20 years ago and are beyond their designed life. Due to extreme safety concerns, 20.23 miles of paved roads must be completely ground, a new subgrade prepared and a new 8” chip seal surface placed. The road edges are disintegrating which narrows the roadway, the multilayer patching, which is performed annually, has lost integrity causing large potholes to form and are dangerous.

Entity Receiving Funding: Idledale Water and Sanitation District, 405 Urban St., Suite 310, Lakewood, CO 80228

Funding Level: $959,752

Project Description: The funding would be used to help Idledale Water and Sanitation District provide safe drinking water to its residents by decreasing radionuclide levels and increasing the quantity and quality of water available to resident drinking water and bringing the water system into compliance with existing state and federal regulations.

Jane's Place - Multi-family Affordable Housing Solar

Description: This funding will go toward installing a solar array on top of Jane's Place, a 17-unit multi-family affordable housing and community program project being constructed in Salida, Colorado to help meet the needs of the local workforce and families experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity.

Lake County Community Housing

Entity Receiving Funding: Leadville Lake County Regional Housing Authority (LLCRHA), P.O. Box 1683, Leadville, CO 8046

Funding Level: $850,000

Description: The proposed project is to install below grade infrastructure and continue site prep for building affordable housing on three parcels within the City of Leadville in Lake County, Colorado. These three parcels are infill sites, close to the Mineral Belt Trail (a paved 12-mile recreational trail) and are walkable to downtown, stores, schools and the library.

Naturally Occurring Affordable Housing Program - Wheat Ridge

Entity Receiving Funding: City of Wheat Ridge, 500 W. 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033

Funding Level: $2,000,000

Description: This money will be used to provide grants to property owners to rehab rental units in exchange for the preservation of affordable rents. Wheat Ridge has thousands of aging rental units that are affordable to renter households with incomes below $75,000 and in some cases, $50,000.

Description: . The funding would be used for new equipment in a new building for treatment to reduce the level of combined radium below the maximum containment level of 5 pCi/L.

Description: These project dollars would go towards site acquisition of property lots to be used for single-family owner occupied housing. The homes would be built through program participants in USDA/RD's 502 Mutual Self-Help housing program, with technical assistance in construction provided by the Upper Arkansas Council of Governments (UAACOG).

Description: . The funding would be used to help Lookout Mountain Water District replace 2.2 miles of 20" tar lined pipe with 8" PVC pipe, including 13 new gate valves, 3 new fire hydrants, and 2 new air release valves and vaults.

Description: This funding will go toward upgrades for all radios within Patrol, Investigations, and Command staff to support time division multiple access (TDMA) functionality to improve communications between jurisdictions in Jefferson County, neighboring counties, and state level systems.

Description: The funding would be used to help the Town of Westminster to replace its drinking water treatment facility that is nearing the end of its useful life. The project is an appropriate use of taxpayer funds because the infrastructure is deteriorating and ongoing threats such as wildfire in the watershed strains Westminster's ability to provide safe, clean, and affordable water to its residents and businesses.

Bachman Farms Park/Flood Attenuation Facility

Description: The funding would be used to inline detention facility in Lena Gulch to reduce the flow rate within the gulch. The project will prevent flooding among a number of low to moderate income homes in Golden.
